Senior ABA Therapist

**Senior ABA Therapist – Al Barsha, Dubai** **Behaviour Enrichment (BE)** is expanding its clinical team in **Al Barsha, Dubai**, and is looking for an experienced **ABA Therapist** to work with children with autism and other learning differences. BE is a multidisciplinary therapy provider supporting **350\+ families** across Dubai, with a team of more than **100 professionals**. Our therapists work as part of a structured clinical team and receive regular guidance and supervision from experienced **BCBAs, BCaBAs and QBAs**. About the Role The position involves providing **1:1 ABA therapy** to children across **centre\-based and school\-based settings**. Therapists will implement individualized intervention programmes under clinical supervision and work closely with supervisors, families and other professionals involved in the child’s care. Who We Are Looking For Applicants must have: * At least **3 years of hands\-on ABA therapy experience** * **RBT or ABAT certification** * Experience working under the supervision of a **BCBA** * Practical experience implementing **DTT and NET** * Previous experience working directly with children with autism and other learning differences in the UAE * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education**, or another relevant discipline * Eligibility to obtain a **CDA licence** * Strong spoken and written English * The physical ability to safely lift or support children weighing approximately **10–15 kg** * An energetic, positive and engaging approach when working with children and families **Please note:** This position is intended for experienced ABA therapists. Applicants must hold an **RBT or ABAT credential** and have at least **3\+ years of relevant ABA experience, including experience working under BCBA supervision**.
