Security Systems Engineer

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire protection, CCTV, security, and other low voltage systems. Install, program, and configure fire alarm, surveillance, access control, and related technical systems according to project requirements. Prepare accurate service reports detailing completed work, equipment condition, and technical findings after each service visit. Communicate professionally with clients while providing maintenance, technical support, and service updates. Ensure all installed and serviced systems operate efficiently and comply with applicable safety standards and technical specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, layouts, and system documentation to support installation and maintenance work. Diagnose technical faults, identify root causes, and perform effective on\-site repairs to minimize system downtime. Maintain complete records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications. Assist with testing, commissioning, and performance verification of newly installed and existing systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure maintenance schedules are completed on time and customer requirements are met. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Hands\-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire protection, CCTV, and low voltage systems. Practical knowledge of programming and configuring fire alarm, security, and surveillance equipment. Technical education or vocational training in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field will be considered an advantage. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively while delivering high\-quality technical service.
