About the Role This role offer the opportunity to join an established international school in Dubai delivering a high quality UK curriculum learning experience. The Teacher will create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will contribute to a collaborative teaching team and play an active part in the wider school community. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver well structured lessons aligned with the UK curriculum Create a positive, student centred learning environment that supports individual progress Use a range of assessment strategies to track learning and provide clear feedback Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and curiosity across all subject areas Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues Contribute to school events, enrichment activities, and year group initiatives Maintain accurate records and support the school s reporting processes Participate in professional development and contribute to ongoing school improvement Nice to Have Experience teaching in an international school setting Familiarity with supporting students who are English language learners Involvement in extracurricular or after school programmes Benefits Accommodation or housing allowance Medical insurance Tuition fee waiver for up to two children Annual flights allowance Bonus schemes Why Join You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing a nurturing learning environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
