**Job Description School Team Leader (School Manager)** **Job Summary** Responsible for managing daily school operations, ensuring smooth meal service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and coordinating with school administration and internal teams. Oversees staff, inventory, POS compliance, and scheduling to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:\-** * Manage daily school operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Maintain school cleanliness, organization, and company standards. * Monitor school schedules, special events, and student attendance for accurate meal service. * Build and maintain strong relationships with school administration. * Supervise staff attendance, punctuality, and manpower requirements. * Conduct regular hygiene and food safety inspections. * Manage daily stock verification and inventory accuracy. * Ensure proper POS usage, sales recording, and cash handling. * Respond to school requests and coordinate with operations teams. * Control food wastage and minimize operational losses. * Safeguard company assets and ensure proper maintenance. * Coordinate with Area Managers for scheduling and meal distribution planning.
