School Secretary, starting August 2026

We are looking to hire a dedicated Secretary to join us at the American Creativity Academy! **Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of Microsoft windows including word processing, electronic spreadsheets, E\-mail, etc. Understanding of standard office equipment (telephones, dictation equipment, FAX and copying machines, typewriter, calculator, etc. **LANGUAGE SKILLS:** Bilingual (Arabic / English) preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Performs secretarial functions relating to the responsibilities of the Department. * Provide administrative support to the Principal / Department by facilitation internal and external communications, acting as a liaison with departments and parents, and coordinating administrative affairs. Salary range is 360 KWD \- 410 KWD per month, depending upon educational credentials and years of related experience.
