Scaffolding Supervisor

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Scaffolding Supervisor** to oversee scaffolding activities and ensure all scaffolding works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements and HSE standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities. * Ensure scaffolding is erected according to approved drawings, procedures, and safety standards. * Inspect scaffolding, access systems, platforms, and components before use. * Ensure proper tagging and identification of scaffolds. * Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and HSE teams. * Monitor scaffolding materials, manpower, and work progress. * Ensure compliance with **working\-at\-height and scaffolding safety requirements**. * Identify hazards and implement corrective actions. * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safe work practices. * Maintain scaffolding inspection records and relevant documentation. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** as a Scaffolding Supervisor. * Strong practical experience in scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling. * Good knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and working\-at\-height requirements. * Ability to supervise scaffolding teams and coordinate with site personnel. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.** * Relevant scaffolding certification is an advantage. * Immediate availability / short notice is preferred.
