SCAFFOLDER

**Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per approved drawings and site requirements. * Inspect scaffolding components before use and ensure they are safe and fit for purpose. * Install scaffold boards, platforms, guardrails, toe boards, ladders, braces, and access systems correctly. * Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, levelled, and stable. * Follow approved scaffolding procedures, method statements, and safety requirements. * Work safely at height and use required PPE and fall\-protection equipment. * Assist supervisors during scaffold inspections and modifications. * Maintain proper housekeeping around scaffolding work areas. * Report damaged or defective scaffolding materials immediately. * Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and other site teams to meet work requirements. * Follow all company HSE policies and site safety regulations. **Requirements** ---------------- * Previous experience as a Scaffolder in construction, industrial, oil \& gas, or maintenance projects. * Good knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques. * Ability to understand basic scaffolding drawings and instructions. * Knowledge of safe working\-at\-height practices. * Physically fit and capable of working at height and in outdoor/site conditions. * Relevant scaffolding certification or competency card is preferred. * UAE/GCC experience is an advantage. * Immediate availability is preferred. **Key Skills** -------------- * Scaffolding erection and dismantling * Working at height * Scaffold inspection and safety * Teamwork and coordination * HSE awareness * Manual handling * Ability to work under site conditions * Good communication skills **Safety Requirements** ----------------------- The candidate must strictly comply with site HSE procedures, PPE requirements, working\-at\-height regulations, and scaffolding safety standards at all times.
