SAP SuccessFactors Consultants (9 Month Contract | Dubai - Jebel Ali)

• Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation activities across one or more modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.) • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design • Configure system based on business requirements within your module(s) • Assist in testing activities (SIT/UAT) and resolve defects • Support workshops, documentation, and go-live readiness activities • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience • Experience in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc. • End-to-end implementation experience preferred • SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage
