**Job Title: SAP Lead FICO Consultant** **Location:** Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Experience:** 10–15 Years We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Lead FICO Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions for enterprise\-scale digital transformation projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will possess extensive functional expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders to deliver scalable financial solutions aligned with organizational objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead end\-to\-end **SAP FICO** implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Engage with business leaders to understand financial and controlling requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Design and configure SAP FI and CO modules in accordance with business and regulatory requirements. Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution design reviews, and business process improvements. Manage solution architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and post\-go\-live support. Provide leadership and technical guidance to functional consultants and cross\-functional teams. Drive integration with SAP MM, SD, PS, PM, HCM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and third\-party applications. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate closely with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments. Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, VAT requirements, and corporate governance standards where applicable. Support month\-end and year\-end financial closing activities. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using SAP S/4HANA best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for finance stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Skills \& Experience:** 10–15 years of hands\-on SAP FICO consulting experience. Minimum 4 full\-cycle SAP implementation projects as a Lead or Senior Consultant. **Strong expertise in:** General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis (COPA) Financial Closing Budgeting and Planning Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, PS, PM, Treasury, and other SAP modules. Experience preparing functional specifications and working closely with technical development teams. Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. **Preferred Qualifications:** SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification. Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) is an advantage. Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, SAC Planning, or SAP BTP is a plus. Experience delivering SAP projects within the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
