SAP CRM/CMM Functional Consultant

As an SAP CRM/CMM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Customer Management Solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance customer engagement across sales, service, and marketing channels, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems. Conduct workshops with business users to understand CRM/CMM-related processes and goals Configure SAP CRM/CMM modules to align with business needs Lead SAP CRM implementations, including middleware setup and data migration Develop test scenarios and scripts for CRM/CMM transactions and workflows Provide ongoing support for CRM/CMM applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field • SAP CRM certification is a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate CRM) • Experience in SAP CRM implementation and support • Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead-to-order, service request management, campaign execution • Proficient in SAP CRM configuration, including middleware and Web UI
