Sampling Tailor

**About Us:** Creative Platform is a leading fashion consultancy and production house offering high\-end design, sampling, and manufacturing solutions for regional and international designers. Our in\-house facility specializes in premium quality womenswear and couture sampling. **Position Overview:** We are looking for a skilled **Sampling Tailor** to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in **womenswear**, **pattern handling**, **draping** and **finishing**, with the ability to interpret design sketches and produce high\-quality samples independently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Stitch complete garments from start to finish based on patterns and design instructions. * Work closely with pattern masters and sampling supervisors to ensure accuracy and fit. * Handle delicate and premium fabrics with care. * Maintain quality standards and meet sampling deadlines. * Suggest technical improvements to enhance garment finishing and production efficiency. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a tailor in a fashion house or atelier. * Expertise in **womenswear** (dresses, abayas, tops, trousers, etc.). * Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and finishing. * Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical drawings. * Team\-oriented, punctual, and detail\-focused. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Stable, long\-term employment in a growing fashion company. * Professional and organized working environment. * Opportunities for growth and skill development.
