**Job Description** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and skilled Samosa Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience in preparing high\-quality samosas in large quantities while maintaining consistency, taste, texture, and presentation standards. **Key Responsibilities** Prepare and fry fresh samosas according to company recipes and standards. Prepare and handle samosa dough and filling with the correct consistency and taste. Expertly fold and shape samosas to ensure uniform size and appearance. Maintain speed and consistency during peak operational hours. Handle bulk production while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Ensure proper frying temperature, cooking time, crispiness, and quality. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitized at all times. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. **Requirements** Proven experience as a Samosa Maker is mandatory. Ability to prepare large quantities efficiently in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. Good knowledge of samosa dough preparation, filling, folding, and frying techniques. Ability to maintain consistency in taste, size, texture, and quality. Must be hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure. Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices. **Important Notes** Local Hire Only with valid QID \& NOC. Do NOT apply if you do not have direct experience as a Samosa Maker.
