Salon Manager

The Salon Manager is responsible for the overall daily operation, performance and service standards of the Beauty Room branch. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the salon. * Lead, supervise and motivate the branch team. * Ensure excellent customer service and consistently high service standards. * Monitor daily and monthly sales targets and staff performance. * Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and efficient staff utilization. * Handle client complaints professionally and ensure proper service recovery. * Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and behaviour. * Ensure all Beauty Room policies, procedures and SOPs are followed. * Maintain salon cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards at all times. * Monitor stock, product usage and retail sales. * Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching and performance follow\-ups. * Work closely with HR regarding staffing, performance and disciplinary matters. * Work with Marketing on promotions, offers and opportunities to increase business. * Monitor client feedback, reviews, retention and rebooking. * Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, operational issues and areas requiring improvement. * Ensure proper handling of cash, transactions and branch documentation. **Main Objective:** To run a professional, organized and profitable branch while maintaining excellent customer experience, strong team performance and Beauty Room standards.
