Salon and Spa Operations Manager **Company:** IT\-CF **Location:** Muscat, Muscat Governorate, Oman **Area:** Qurum Commercial **Salary:** OMR 1,100 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview IT\-CF is seeking an experienced and customer\-focused **Salon and Spa Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of a professional salon and spa environment. The successful candidate will manage staff, customer service, scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and service quality while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficient experience for clients. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the salon and spa. * Supervise, motivate, and coordinate salon, spa, reception, and support staff. * Develop staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during operating hours. * Monitor service quality and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally. * Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and operational performance. * Establish and track sales targets, service goals, and key performance indicators. * Manage appointment scheduling and optimize staff and treatment\-room utilization. * Oversee inventory levels for beauty products, spa supplies, equipment, and consumables. * Coordinate purchasing and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. * Ensure salon and spa facilities are clean, organized, safe, and professionally presented. * Ensure employees follow hygiene, health, safety, and company procedures. * Support marketing campaigns, promotions, memberships, packages, and customer\-retention initiatives. * Analyze customer trends and recommend new services or promotional opportunities. * Train and coach staff to improve service standards, sales performance, and customer engagement. * Maintain accurate operational records, financial reports, inventory reports, and staff performance documentation. * Coordinate equipment maintenance and arrange repairs when necessary. * Ensure the business complies with applicable local regulations and company policies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Beauty Management, or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in salon, spa, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or retail operations management. * Strong understanding of salon and spa scheduling, customer service, staff management, and inventory control. * Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and operational targets. * Excellent leadership, communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong customer\-service and relationship\-management abilities. * Experience with POS systems, booking platforms, inventory software, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced service environment. * Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
