Salesman (Kitchen Equipment Spare Parts)

* Promote and sell kitchen equipment spare parts to new and existing customers. * Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with customers, maintenance companies, restaurants, hotels, and other potential clients. * Understand customer requirements and identify the correct spare parts based on equipment models, specifications, and applications. * Prepare quotations, provide product information, and negotiate prices and terms with customers. * Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries to ensure timely completion. * Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent after\-sales service and support. * Coordinate with purchasing teams to check spare parts availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, quotations, and orders. * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the spare parts business. * Maintain good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, spare parts, components, and their applications. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales of kitchen equipment spare parts or a related field. * Good knowledge of commercial and industrial kitchen equipment and spare parts. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. * Ability to identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on equipment requirements and specifications. * Ability to work independently, manage customer accounts, and achieve sales targets.
