**Salesman / Cashier – Equestrian** **Retail Shop** Our company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesman / Cashier to join our retail team. **Candidates with a valid NOC and transferable sponsorship will be given preference.** **Position Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced retail salesperson with strong sales, customer service, and cashiering skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and actively contributing to sales through upselling and cross\-selling. The candidate should also be comfortable handling cashier duties, POS transactions, and supporting the overall daily operations of the shop. **Responsibilities** * Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. * Actively promote products and use upselling and cross\-selling techniques to increase sales. * Develop good product knowledge and clearly explain product features and benefits to customers. * Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. * Operate the cash register and POS system accurately and efficiently. * Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions responsibly. * Assist with product displays, pricing, stock arrangement, and general shop organization. * Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team when items require replenishment. * Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues professionally. * Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales area. * Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. * Perform other retail and operational duties as required. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with equestrian experience. * Strong sales and customer service skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend products. * Experience in upselling and cross\-selling is highly preferred. * Reliable, responsible, and detail\-oriented. * Candidates with a valid NOC / transferable sponsorship are preferred.
