Job description
We are looking for a **Sales Supervisor** to develop new business opportunities and secure contracts for our manpower and staffing services within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients.
* Present our staffing solutions and secure contracts.
* Build and maintain client relationships.
* Negotiate and close deals.
* Follow up on leads, proposals, and contracts.
* Coordinate with the Operations team.
* Achieve agreed sales targets.
Requirements
* Sales or business development experience.
* Hospitality, manpower, or recruitment experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good English.
* Ability to develop clients and close contracts.
Compensation
* **Commission\-based.**
* No fixed monthly salary initially.
* Commission is paid based on successfully secured contracts.
* Commission terms will be agreed during the interview.
