From the simplest moments to the most special ones, we nourish life through quality, innovation, and the people who make everything happen.**Job Description** ------------------- 1\.Achieve growth in customers (Value, Volume and Price) with Value added contribution per customer. 2\.Act as lead to maximize sales, numeric distribution by category based on KPIs(TEAM RTM, SOS, NTE, Perfect Store, Item by customer). 3\.Expand the relationship with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. 4\.Develop instore visibility plans in coordination with sales team and customers and follow up to achieve timely and effective implementation. 5\.Initiate and develop weekly /quarterly/annually marketing plans as per strategy and guidelines set and agreed with Trade marketing team with customers. 6\.Monitor sales team performance and make development plans for the team , in addition to conducting a monthly L6 meeting to discuss their performance. 7\.Negotiate annual contracts with customers, ensuring win\-win for both parties along with assuring increasing M2S with each customer by generating sales as regular and promotions. 8\.Ensure the price strategy for the company for each SKU is met in the market. 9\.Track our campaigns in each contract and follow up on it with the team. 10\.Flyer's planning and execution without conflict between customers on monthly basis. 11\.Review market share on total channel based on AC nelson results.**Academic Background** ----------------------- University degree in Business or related field **Experience** -------------- 5\-7 years of experience in sales preferable in FMCG Apply now and be part of **MBRF**!
