Sales Representative

RS Management Group is looking for a motivated and results\-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities * Promote the company’s products, services, and brands to potential clients. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Conduct client visits, meetings, and follow\-ups. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations when required. * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. * Monitor market trends and identify potential sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities. Requirements * Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role. * Experience in the hospitality/F\&B industry is an advantage. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Confident, presentable, and target\-oriented. * Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities. * Good knowledge of the Bahrain market is preferred. * Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
