Sales Representative (Female)

Job Summary HNG Air Conditioning Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Representative to expand our HVAC business across the UAE market. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing relationships with contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and end clients, while promoting our range of air conditioning and HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical understanding of HVAC products, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business opportunities in HVAC and air conditioning sales * Develop and maintain relationships with: * MEP Contractors * Consultants * Facility Management Companies * Real Estate Developers * Retail \& Commercial Clients * Promote HVAC products including: * Split AC Systems * Ducted Units * VRF/VRV Systems * Chillers * Ventilation Products * HVAC Accessories * Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries * Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing * Maintain CRM records and sales reports * Support payment follow\-ups and customer relationship management Requirements Education * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / Business Administration preferred Experience * 1\-2 years experience in HVAC or air conditioning sales in UAE/GCC or in Sales Field * Experience dealing with contractors and project sales preferred Skills * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of HVAC products and systems * Ability to generate leads and close sales * Good presentation and customer handling skills * Basic technical understanding of HVAC applications * Proficiency in MS Office and quotation preparation Preferred Qualifications * UAE driving license (preferred) * Existing client network in UAE HVAC industry is an advantage * Experience in B2B sales and project coordination Salary \& Benefits * Competitive Salary * Sales Incentives / Commission * Company Visa * Annual Leave \& Air Ticket as per UAE Labour Law * Career growth opportunities within the company How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CV to: HR / Sales Department Website: www.hngair.com Email: Contact: \ Job Type: Contract Pay: AED6,000\.00 \- AED8,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have Sales Experience?
