Sales Representative

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Sales Representative** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be **locally available in Bahrain** and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage**, but not required. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Present and promote the company's products and services. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow\-ups. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements * Currently residing in Bahrain. * Available to join immediately. * Previous experience in sales is required. * Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self\-motivated with a target\-driven mindset. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
