Sales Representative

All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without discrimination. **Job Purpose** --------------- The Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales activities and customer service across mobility products including car rental by handling customer inquiries, sales transactions, documentation, and basic operational coordination at the counter in line with company policies and service standards. The role focuses on delivering consistent customer experience and supporting the sales process within approved guidelines. **Principal Accountabilities** ------------------------------ **Customer Service \& Sales Support** * Welcome walk\-in customers and respond to inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms. * Assist in identifying customer needs and explaining relevant mobility products and services. * Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales and rental process. **Sales Performance \& Counter Operations** * Handle reservations, applications, and sales transactions through approved systems and platforms. * Prepare rental and sales agreements and explain terms, conditions, and usage guidelines to customers. * Process payments, deposits, and receipts, and support branch sales activities through customer service and product presentation. **Documentation \& Compliance** * Verify customer eligibility and required documents in line with company policies. * Complete contract documentation accurately and update customer and transaction details in CRM and internal systems. * Maintain proper records and support daily counter administrative activities. **Customer Support \& Issue Resolution** * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and routine complaints in a professional manner. * Support resolution of post\-sales and service\-related issues in coordination with relevant departments. * Escalate complex issues to supervisor or relevant team when required. **Delivery \& Operational Coordination** * Support coordination of vehicle or service delivery processes to ensure readiness and proper condition where applicable. * Assist in verifying documentation, approvals, and handover requirements prior to customer delivery where applicable. **Contract Closure \& Follow\-Up** * Support inspection and documentation related to contract completion, return, or closure processes where applicable. * Assist in recording incidents, damages, or outstanding charges and support follow\-up actions as required. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role * Bachelor Degree in Business studies * Strong customer service \& communication skills * Familarity with booking systems i.e. Booking.com We are committed to fair and equitable employment practices.
