SALES PROMOTER (TV SECTION)

* Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Impex products. * Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Maintain product displays according to company merchandising standards. * Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the Team Leader. * Coordinate with store staff regarding stock replenishment. * Ensure all price tags and promotional materials are correctly displayed. * Explain current promotions, offers, and warranty information to customers. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally. * Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions. * Submit daily sales reports and attendance through the company reporting system. * Follow company policies, store regulations, and grooming standards. * Maintain excellent product knowledge through regular training.
