Sales & Operations Coordinator (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales \& Operations Coordinator to manage and support the day\-to\-day operations of our Saudi office. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and coordination skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and be capable of handling operational activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities \* Coordinate and manage daily operational activities for the Saudi office. \* Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation. \* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. \* Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. \* Monitor order processing, deliveries, and customer follow\-ups. \* Prepare reports using advanced Microsoft Excel. \* Support inventory, logistics, and office administration. \* Ensure smooth communication between the Saudi office and the UAE head office. \* Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Requirements \* Male candidates only. \* Valid transferable Saudi visa is preferred. \* Experience in sales coordination, operations, or administration. \* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. \* Good communication and organizational skills. \* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. \* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
