Job description
• Customer Development & Data Management
# Conduct market promotion and business development activities to identify and acquire new customers.
# Collect and maintain accurate customer information and update records in the company CRM system.
# Register valid customer data and maintain customer databases.
• Sales Performance & Business Development
# Develop new customer accounts and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. # Identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth initiatives.
# Implement sales strategies according to company requirements.
• Daily Reporting
# Submit daily work progress reports and activity updates through email or designated communication channels.
• Client Meetings & Support
# Coordinate and participate in weekly client meetings with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to support business development efforts.
• Customer Relationship Management
# Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
# Conduct regular follow-ups with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Customer Service & Complaint Resolution
# Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
# Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify new business opportunities.
• Competitor Analysis
# Conduct weekly market and competitor pricing surveys.
# Monitor industry trends and competitors’ strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
• Accounts Receivable Support
# Assist in following up on customer payments and account receivables.
# Coordinate with the finance department regarding payment reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the maritime shipping or freight forwarding industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, and various cargo types (e.g., FCL, LCL, project cargo).
• Good English Communication Skills
