SALES MARKETING

**Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and approach potential clients for influencer and marketing campaigns. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. * Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team. * Follow up on client satisfaction and handle any issues promptly. * Collaborate with the creative and community teams to ensure client needs are met. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in CRM or Excel sheets. * Achieve individual and team sales targets. * Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in marketing, media, or influencer industry). * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Excellent command of English and Arabic. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Monthly revenue achieved vs. target. * Number of new clients acquired. * Client retention rate. * Proposal\-to\-deal conversion ratio.
