We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Events \& Event Management industry to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: \* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and annual sales plans. \* Set sales targets, budgets, and revenue forecasts. \* Identify new business opportunities and target markets within the events industry. \* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients. \* Lead the sales pipeline from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. \* Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors to improve results. \* Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. \* Work closely with internal teams to develop competitive event solutions and proposals. Requirements: \* Proven experience in Sales Management within the Events / Event Management industry is required. \* Strong experience in sales strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. \* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills. \* Strong knowledge of the Saudi events market is preferred. \* Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
