Sales Manager

**If you are a performer, this is paradise.** Some sales jobs pay you the same whether you close one deal or fifteen. This is not one of those jobs. Studio 52 is one of Saudi's longest\-established production houses. For 50\+ years we have been the team behind corporate films, brand campaigns, animation, photography, live event coverage and studio production for some of the biggest names operating in the UAE and the wider Gulf — energy, logistics, government, hospitality, retail, education. We are looking for a **Sales Manager** who wants their income to be a direct reflection of their effort. Fixed salary of **AED 9,000 per month**, and a commission structure with **no ceiling on it**. Bring in the work, and **you take a real share of it**. Our best performers earn considerably more from commission than from their base. If you are the kind of person who checks the leaderboard before you check your email, keep reading. **What you will actually be doing** * Opening new business across the UAE — corporate clients, agencies, government entities and event organisers who need video, animation, photography or studio production * Running the full cycle yourself: prospecting, first meeting, brief\-taking, proposal, pricing, negotiation, close * Building and working a pipeline you own, in the CRM, kept honest and current * Sitting with our producers and creative team to shape proposals that are deliverable as well as sellable — we do not win work we cannot make * Growing the accounts you land, because a client who comes back is worth more than a client you win once * Representing Studio 52 at industry events, expos and networking across Dubai and Abu Dhabi * Hitting a monthly and quarterly revenue target, and reporting against it clearly **What you will bring** **Essential** * 2–5 years in B2B sales or business development, with a record you can talk through deal by deal * Experience selling in the UAE or GCC market, and a working understanding of how business gets done here * Genuine comfort with the cold end of the funnel — the first call, the walk\-in, the follow\-up nobody else made * Excellent spoken and written English * Confidence in front of marketing managers, brand owners and decision\-makers * Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to obtain one **Strong advantage** * Background in media production, video, advertising, events or a creative agency * Arabic language * UAE driving licence and own car * An existing network of marketing and communications contacts in the UAE **What matters more than any of the above:** hunger, and follow\-through. We have trained people into this industry before. We cannot train someone to care. What we offer * **AED 9,000 fixed monthly salary** — paid on time, every month * **Uncapped commission** on everything you bring in. * **Realistic earnings:** consistent performers take home in the region of AED 25,000–40,000 per month all in.
