Job description

• Identify, prospect, and generate new Business Setup leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels. • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most suitable company formation solutions. • Present and sell the company's Business Setup, visa, corporate, and value-added services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements, and negotiate commercial terms with clients. • Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system. • Coordinate with the Corporate Services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer experience. • Stay up to date with UAE business setup regulations, licensing options, and market trends. • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new business opportunities. • Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs while contributing to the company's overall growth. • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Business Setup, Corporate Services, Banking, Real Estate, or B2B sales within the UAE. • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, visas, Free Zone, and Mainland business setup is an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Confident in generating new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships. • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Hindi are an advantage. • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant sales experience.
