Sales Manager – Real Estate (Bahrain)

**About House 2 Home** House 2 Home is a RERA\-licensed real estate brokerage in Bahrain. We have a team of 6 agents covering Seef, Juffair, Saar, Amwaj, and more. The team is active and the listings are there. What we need now is a sales leader who has actually closed deals in this market and can get the best out of a team. This role is not for someone learning real estate. You'll report directly to me as founder, run the sales floor, and be accountable for the numbers. **What you'll do** * Lead and coach a team of 6 agents toward clear monthly targets * Run weekly pipeline reviews and hold agents accountable for follow\-up, viewings and closings * Close your own deals, especially the bigger leasing and sales transactions * Train agents in negotiation, objection handling and landlord relationships * Manage the Property Finder listings: quality, pricing and coverage across key areas * Build relationships with developers, landlords and corporate clients * Report weekly on the pipeline, conversion and team performance **What you must have** * At least 3 years of real estate experience **in Bahrain**. Experience elsewhere in the GCC alone doesn't count for this role. * A proven track record of closed deals that you can show us * Experience leading or mentoring agents (formal or informal) * A RERA agent license, or eligibility to get one * Strong knowledge of Bahrain areas, freehold zones and rental pricing * Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus * A valid Bahrain driving license and your own car **What we offer** * A real leadership role with a direct line to the founder, with no layers of management in between * A team and listings that are already running, so you're not starting from zero * Basic salary \+ override on the team's deals \+ your own commission * Room to shape how the sales department works.
