Sales Manager

Horizons Industrial Development Co. LLC (HIDC) is an industrial company based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, operating a gypsum quarry and a Rapidwall gypsum panel manufacturing plant in Sohar. Our products serve construction projects, building\-material traders, and export customers. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales across all company divisions: Rapidwall panel project sales, gypsum products, and raw gypsum export. Key Responsibilities: \- Own the company's sales targets across all product lines and divisions \- Build and manage a pipeline with contractors, consultants, developers, and traders \- Lead negotiation of contracts and purchase orders through to signing \- Manage and coach the sales engineering team \- Set pricing proposals and payment terms within company policy \- Develop the export channel for raw gypsum and follow through on shipments \- Maintain the sales cycle in the company ERP (Odoo): quotations, orders, and forecasts \- Report sales performance to management with reliable forecasts Requirements: \- Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in building materials or construction, including 3\+ years in a leadership role \- Native/fluent Arabic and professional English (required) \- Established network in the Oman / GCC construction market \- Proven record of closing project\-based sales (LPOs, contracts, staged deliveries) \- Engineering or technical background is an advantage \- Valid driving license; willingness to travel within Oman and the GCC Pay: RO1,000\.000 \- RO1,200\.000 per month Work Location: In person
