Sales Manager – Job Description We are a UAE-based industrial trading and solutions partner delivering high-performance machineries, equipment, spares and consumables to the steel, cement and other heavy industries. With global sourcing across Europe, China, and India, we combine cost-efficiency with technical expertise to provide smart, solution-driven support that boosts performance and minimizes downtime. Reporting Authority - Regional Sales Head/Director Key Responsibilities · Visit steel/cement plants, factories, and industrial clients regularly to build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, and technical teams • Understand client pain points, operational challenges, and requirements not just sell products, but position the company as a solution provider • Convince clients to purchase from our company by highlighting industry knowledge, technical understanding, and value-added solutions • Identify opportunities where clients are facing issues (breakdowns, inefficiencies, high costs) and propose suitable equipment or alternatives • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders • Negotiate within the targeted pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with clients • Ensure correct product selection based on client application and requirement • Ensure timely delivery of materials to client site or warehouse without delays • Handle client complaints, technical concerns, and after-sales support professionally • Maintain strong long-term relationships to secure repeat business • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the industries • Submit daily/weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, orders, and business development activities We are looking for a hands-on, field-oriented Sales Manager to independently handle clients and drive business growth in the steel and cement industries. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant industry experience and strong technical and commercial understanding.
