**Summary** ----------- The Sales Manager (Consortia) is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the hotel's positioning within the luxury travel market through the effective management of consortia, preferred partner, and luxury travel agency relationships. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and maximizing room night production from key luxury travel networks while ensuring alignment with the hotel's commercial objectives and brand standards. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and operational teams, the Sales Manager (Consortia) plays a key role in enhancing market presence, promoting the hotel's unique offerings, and delivering long\-term business success. **Main Duties:** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans for consortia, luxury travel advisor networks, and preferred partner programs to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration. * Represent the hotel at industry events, roadshows, luxury travel forums, and commercial engagements to strengthen brand presence, enhance relationships, and support long\-term business growth. * Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key consortia accounts, luxury travel agencies, and travel advisors to maximize room night production and preferred partner engagement. * Identify new business opportunities within existing and emerging luxury travel networks, ensuring the hotel remains competitively positioned within target markets. * Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, networking events, trade shows, and client engagements to promote the hotel's offerings and generate qualified business opportunities. * Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Management teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional strategies, and sales initiatives that support commercial objectives and increase brand visibility. * Drive awareness and education of the hotel's facilities, accommodations, dining experiences, and guest offerings through training sessions, webinars, familiarization trips, and partner events. * Monitor account performance, production trends, market intelligence, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and implement effective account development strategies. * Build and execute detailed account plans for assigned consortia and preferred partner accounts, ensuring revenue targets and business objectives are achieved. * Coordinate closely with operational departments to ensure partner expectations, VIP requirements, and guest preferences are effectively communicated and delivered. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 5\-7 years of sales experience within luxury hotels, with proven exposure to consortia, luxury leisure, or preferred partner segments. * Strong knowledge of luxury travel networks and other preferred partnership programs. * Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts within the luxury hospitality sector. * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. * Strong analytical, commercial, and business planning capabilities with proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and account management.
