Job Title: Clothing Sales Lady – (OXXO \& ADL) **Job Type:** Full\-time **Work Location:** In\-person (Malls across Bahrain) Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and fashion\-forward **Sales Ladies** to join our retail team for Turkish clothing brands **OXXO \& ADL**. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities * **Customer Greeting:** Welcome customers warmly and create a friendly shopping atmosphere. * **Product Assistance:** Guide customers to collections, sizes, and styles that suit their preferences. * **Fashion Styling:** Provide styling tips, mix\-and\-match suggestions, and explain product features. * **Sales Support:** Share details on pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and after\-sales services. * **Upselling:** Recommend complementary items (e.g., accessories, seasonal collections) to maximize sales. * **Purchase Guidance:** Help customers make confident buying decisions based on fit, style, and occasion. * **Payment Assistance:** Support cashiers with discounts, markdowns, and customer payment processes. * **Visual Merchandising:** Assist in maintaining attractive displays and organized shelves. Job Requirements * **Age Requirement:** Preferably 35 years or younger. * **Language Skills:** Basic English is mandatory, Preferably native Arabic. * **Attitude:** Energetic, approachable, and fashion\-conscious personality. * **Education:** Preferably high school certificate. * **Flexibility:** Willingness to relocate across different malls in Bahrain. * **Fashion Knowledge:** Basic understanding of clothing trends and styles is an advantage. * **Work Schedule:** Shift\-based working hours, 6 days duty with 1 day off. * **Physical Requirement:** Ability to stand for extended periods during duty hours. * **Teamwork:** Comfortable working with colleagues from diverse nationalities. * **Nationality:** Preferably Bahraini National with experiance.
