We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused **Sales Lady** to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both **Arabic and English**, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A valid **2\-wheelers driving license** is required to support sales activities and customer visits.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Promote and sell automotive products and services.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
* Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and company objectives.
* Conduct customer follow\-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
* Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
* Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
* Represent the company professionally during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in the **automotive industry**.
* Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
* Valid **2\-wheelers driving license**.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Self\-motivated, confident, and target\-driven.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling motorcycles, automotive parts, or automotive services is an advantage.
* Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
* Valid Bahrain driving license (car) is an added advantage.
