Qualification: * Bachelor’s Degree Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience Industry: * Signage / Advertising / Media Production / Fabrication Ideal Candidate Profile: * Deep understanding of sales negotiations * Self\-motivated professional with a result\-oriented approach * Effective product presentation, good communication \& convincing skills * To plan and implement a customer contact schedule which ensures customer retention and finds new customers for the company. * To identify prospects \& new customers, understand their needs and sell company products ensuring customer satisfaction and company profits. * To deal with customer complaints in a manner which ensures customer retention and satisfaction. * To take site measurement for small jobs and give the suggestions to the customers. * To keep regular, follow up with Production and installation team for job completion. * To make cold calls, cold visit, attend enquiries and keep regular interaction with existing customers. * To keep regular, follow up for the payments. * To strictly follow targets set down by the sales manager on credit control, discounts, free of cost jobs, samples and promotional allowances. * To accurately and consistently produce all necessary documentation for cost estimation and process customer orders to ensure that products are produced and delivered precisely according to customer specifications.
