Sales Executive (WhatsApp & Phone Sales)

**Memz Bites** located in Dubai AlQouz is looking for a motivated **Sales Executive** to manage customer inquiries through **WhatsApp and phone calls**. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp and phone. * Recommend cakes, desserts, chocolate based on customer needs. * Follow up with customers to close sales. * Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain excellent customer service and build long\-term relationships. * Achieve monthly sales targets. **Requirements** * Previous experience in sales or customer service. * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and handling multiple customer chats. * Good organization and attention to detail. * Experience in the bakery, café, or food industry is preferred.
