Sales Executive

We're looking for two ambitious Sales Executives based in the UAE to help us grow our presence in the region by building relationships with businesses and generating new opportunities. This is a 100% commission\-based role — earnings are performance\-based with no fixed base salary, and high performers can earn well beyond a typical fixed salary. What You'll Do Identify and approach potential B2B clients across different industries. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Present Soluvide's AI and software solutions to decision\-makers. Understand client challenges and recommend the right solution. Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations. Negotiate proposals and close deals. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects. Represent Soluvide professionally and build long\-term client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in B2B sales, software sales, SaaS, or technology solutions. A software or computer science background is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in software development, IT, computer engineering, AI, or related technical fields will have a strong advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of business needs and digital transformation. Self\-motivated and comfortable working independently. Fluent in Arabic. English proficiency is a strong advantage.
