Sales Executive – Online Sales

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Sales Executive – Online Sales** to join our team at our **City Centre Sharjah Store**. Key Responsibilities * Manage and process **online sales orders** received through the company’s online sales channels. * Handle **order punching, processing, confirmation, and fulfilment** accurately and within defined timelines. * Manage **Omni Sales** orders and ensure smooth coordination between online and store operations. * Monitor and maintain **online sales inventory** and ensure product availability is accurately reflected. * Coordinate with the store team for **picking, packing, dispatch, and order handover**. * Ensure online orders are processed accurately in the POS/retail system. * Monitor stock discrepancies between **physical inventory, system inventory, and online inventory** and coordinate for timely resolution. * Follow up on **cancelled, returned, exchanged, or pending online orders**. * Coordinate with delivery partners and relevant internal teams regarding order status and delivery issues. * Maintain accurate records of online sales, orders, returns, exchanges, and inventory movements. * Support the store team in achieving **online sales targets and customer service standards**. * Respond to customer queries related to product availability, order status, delivery, exchanges, and returns where required. * Ensure all online sales processes comply with SAPPHIRE's SOPs and operational guidelines. * Perform any other online sales and store operations duties assigned by the Store Management. Requirements * Previous experience in **online sales, e\-commerce operations, retail sales, or Omni\-channel retail**. * Experience with **POS/retail systems and inventory management** will be preferred. * Strong understanding of **order processing and inventory handling**. * Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly **Excel**, will be an advantage. * Previous experience in fashion retail or e\-commerce will be preferred.
