Sales Executive – Jewelry Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fine jewelry, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in the **jewelry industry**. * Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain long\-term customer relationships. * Strong sales and customer service orientation. * Well\-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. * Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers in selecting jewelry that meets their preferences and budget. * Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. * Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections. * Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and securely. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after\-sales service professionally. * Support inventory management, stock counts, and showroom organization. * Follow company policies and security procedures.
