Sales Executive – Hospitality & Catering

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service solutions. • Negotiate contracts and close sales within approved commercial guidelines. • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly. • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify business opportunities. • Follow up on client inquiries, proposals, and post-service satisfaction. • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates. • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service standards. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the Catering, Hospitality, F&B, or Events industry. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred. • Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong commercial acumen.
