Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

We are a growing Dubai\-based freight forwarding company looking for a motivated **Sales Executive** to develop new business and build long\-term customer relationships across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop new freight forwarding customers in the UAE * Prospect and approach importers, traders and distributors * Generate RFQs and convert quotations into shipments * Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers * Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships and repeat business * Conduct customer meetings and visits when required * Coordinate with pricing and operations teams * Maintain all leads, activities, RFQs and follow\-ups in the company CRM * Achieve monthly Gross Profit (GP) and business\-development targets **Requirements** * Previous freight forwarding/logistics sales experience in the UAE preferred * Good knowledge of Ocean Freight, FCL/LCL and Incoterms * Understanding of UAE import logistics and Jebel Ali is an advantage * China–UAE and India–UAE trade\-lane experience is an advantage * Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills * Strong follow\-up and customer relationship skills * Comfortable working with CRM and measurable sales targets * Good English communication skills * UAE driving licence is an advantage **What We Offer** * **AED 5,000–6,000 monthly salary**, depending on experience * **Performance\-based Gross Profit commission** * Existing prospect database to support business development * Pricing and operations support * Company visa and medical insurance * Clear performance targets * Career growth opportunities as the company expands We are looking for someone who can **win new customers while developing existing accounts into long\-term, repeat business**. **To apply:** Please send your CV along with a short summary of your UAE freight forwarding sales experience, main trade lanes handled and previous sales performance.
