Sales Executive- Facilities Management Company

**Job Vacancy: Sales Executive – Facilities Management** We are a **Facilities Management Company** seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Sales Executive** to develop our client base from scratch. This role is **fully focused on new business generation**, with no existing clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, approach, and secure **new clients** for facilities management services (AMC, maintenance, renovations, fit\-out works, etc.) * Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking * Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements * Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations * Prepare and submit company profiles, proposals, and commercial offers * Follow up on enquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals * Build long\-term relationships with newly acquired clients * Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular sales/activity reports * Monitor market trends and competitor activities **Requirements:** * **Fluent in Arabic and English** (spoken and written) * Proven experience in **new business sales** (Facilities Management / Construction / Maintenance industry preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently * Basic understanding of FM services (MEP maintenance, civil works, AMC contracts) * Proficient in MS Office and email communication * **Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
