Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target\-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be **currently residing in Bahrain** and available to **join immediately**. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. * Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. * Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts. * Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent after\-sales support. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates. * Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. * Minimum **2–5 years** of sales experience, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service and relationship\-building abilities. * Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage. * Self\-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. * Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred. Preferred Candidate * **Currently residing in Bahrain.** * **Available to join immediately.** * Previous experience in real estate, construction, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales is an advantage.
