Sales Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for security guarding services. • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client visits, and referrals. • Meet with potential clients to understand their security requirements. • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations. • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and contract renewals. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. • Maintain an accurate database of leads, meetings, and sales activities. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 1–2 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE. • Experience in the security, facility management, manpower supply, or related industry is highly preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Existing network of corporate clients in the UAE is an advantage. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an added advantage. • Must be currently available in the UAE.
