SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description: Sales – Modular Kitchens Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, high\-energy Sales Executive to drive business growth for our premium modular kitchen solutions . In this role, you will lead customer acquisitions, collaborate with architects and interior designers, and guide clients from initial consultations to closing sales. \- Industry: Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Interior Design, Building Materials Key Responsibilities Sales \& Business Development \- Drive retail sales by pitching premium modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions to walk\-in clients and independent inquiries. \- Build a strong network with local architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to secure project leads. \- Conduct site visits to understand space requirements, layout restrictions, and client preferences. Client Consultation \& Closing \- Consult with clients alongside the design team to present layouts, material samples, 2D/3D views, and commercial estimates. \- Negotiate and close high\-value deals, ensuring the company meets its monthly and quarterly sales targets. \- Manage customer relationships from the initial meeting until final handover to ensure high satisfaction and generate referrals. Required Skills \& Qualifications \- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience specifically in modular kitchens, wardrobes, premium furniture, or high\-end interior fits. \- Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship\-management skills. \- Technical Comfort: Ability to read basic floor plans and understand kitchen layouts (straight, L\-shaped, U\-shaped, parallel, island). \- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Arabic comfortably pitch to premium clients.
