Sales Executive (B2B)

We are looking for a driven, goal\-oriented **Sales Executive (B2B)** to join our growing team at **Khayati POS**—a specialized management software designed for tailoring shops, boutiques, and fashion ateliers. If you are a proactive deal\-closer who thrives on making cold calls, conducting in\-person business meetings, and managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish (End\-to\-End Sales), this role is for you! Key Responsibilities * **Outbound Cold Calling:** Reach out to tailoring shops, boutiques, and fashion businesses to generate qualified leads and set up appointments. * **Field Visits \& Demos:** Visit prospective clients, present product demonstrations (Khayati POS), and showcase how our software solves their operational challenges. * **Closing Deals:** Handle the sales process end\-to\-end—from initial contact and product presentation to quotation, negotiation, and contract signing. * **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements \& Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Software/SaaS Sales. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills. * Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for field visits. * Strong target\-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. What We Offer * **Base Salary:** KWD 250 – KWD 350 (Depending on experience). * **Uncapped Commissions:** High commission structure (up to 15% per closed deal)—your earning potential is limitless. * Transportation / Fuel allowance for field visits. * **Expected Total Monthly Earnings:** KWD 700 – KWD 1,000\+. * Fast\-paced growth environment with real career advancement opportunities.
