Sales Executive

* Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Assist customers in selecting flowers, bouquets, gifts, and related products. * Take and process customer orders accurately, both in\-store and by phone/online. * Recommend suitable flowers and arrangements based on customers’ needs and budgets. * Prepare bouquets, flower orders, gift items, and displays as required. * Handle cash, card payments, and sales transactions accurately. * Maintain attractive, clean, and well\-organized displays and shop areas. * Check flower stock, replenish products, and help maintain product freshness. * Assist with deliveries and ensure orders are correctly prepared and packaged. * Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally. * Support the florist and other team members with daily shop activities. * Promote special offers, seasonal products, and additional items when appropriate.
