Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Plastics Industry We are looking for a **dynamic and results\-driven Sales Executive area in Oman** with experience in **plastic raw materials, compounds, masterbatches, and polymers**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive sales growth and achieve business targets. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. * Identify new customers and expand market opportunities. * Promote plastic raw materials, compounds, masterbatches, and polymers. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. **Requirements:** * Proven sales experience in the **plastics/polymer industry**. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Good understanding of plastic materials and applications. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to travel for business development. * Graduation ( Plastic industry related education or Experience is a plus). * Proven experience in sales of plastic raw materials, polymers, compounds, masterbatches and Additives. * Strong understanding of polymer applications and market dynamics and Plastic Industry Market segmentation * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. * Willingness to travel as required. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
