Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven, results\-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new sales prospects, building strong client relationships, and guiding customers through the entire purchasing cycle to meet and exceed revenue targets.Key Responsibilities * **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. * **Lead Generation:** Identify prospective clients, cold\-call/email, and generate new business opportunities. * **Client Relations:** Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions. * **Sales Presentations:** Deliver clear and confident product or service presentations to potential buyers. * **Proposals \& Pricing:** Prepare tailored quotations, cost calculations, and formal contracts. * **Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activities using company **CRM** systems. * **Market Research:** Gather local market data, monitor competitor trends, and report insights to management. * **Cross\-functional Coordination:** Coordinate with internal logistics, marketing, or technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Requirements \& Qualifications * **Experience:** 1–3\+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (industry\-specific experience preferred). * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. * **Drive \& Resilience:** A goal\-oriented mindset with high resilience and time\-management capabilities. * **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with **CRM software** and standard office tools (MS Office/Google Workspace). * **Licensing:** A valid UAE driving license.
